you need a solid core to stand up to an assault
lie face down on the flour. Keeping your body as low  as possable  by this works your abs using planks as well.
bring your left knee, with your right leg and arm extended.Taking your weight on your right hand and left foot
move forwards extending your left arm&leg
cross the alternating sides and tensing abs to build muscle this is a great for building great abs and you muscle like the internal obliquie and your core! well good luck more later. ps its always good with a balanced diet.
